D through the manufactured home manufacturer & an independant business, Rheem finally broke down and sent some parts to change out the pilot, and after more bickering, Rheem sent the remainder of the parts. Did not help, heater pilot light still goes out at least 2-3 times a month. Earlier this year after the pilot going out again, my husband received 2nd & 3rd degree burns on his face, head, eyes, hands and forearms from the water heater blowing up and causing a flash fire. Rheem is STILL not accepting responsibility, dosen't want to work together to find an answer to this very serious matter. Rheem still pointing fingers at imaginary people to take the blame. Would we buy another Rheem product? No way, not the way they think they are above reproach, even though they have had numerous recall notices on their products.
